What We Do

Some Research is a qualitative consumer research agency. It's pretty straightforward really...

You have consumers. You want to know what they think and why. We find out and tell you.
We bring you usable information so you can do an even better job of developing products that meet your consumer’s needs and telling them what you're up to.

How We Work

A typical research process could be as follows:

You need to know more about what, how and why consumers do or think That Thing. You probably want to know this because you also want to know how consumers could be persuaded to do or think This Thing.

We discuss ways of finding out more about That Thing, how to make it better or how to persuade them of This Thing.

You provide us with a research brief detailing:

• What you know about That Thing already.
• The bits of That Thing that you really want to understand.
• A good description of what you hope is compelling, distinctive and yet believable about This Thing.
• Which consumers you think are going to be interested.
• The other people doing That Thing for consumers.
• What ways of talking to people who do That Thing that might get them to think or do This Thing.

We respond with a Proposal. We list your objectives, recommend a way of doing it, suggest a sample structure, outline a schedule and tell you what it will cost. The proposal is discussed until agreed. The research is then carried out.

Then you know.
