There are many valuable new research techniques (particularly ones specific to the web) but we think it is still hard to beat exposing a product or an idea to a target market and then discussing it with them face to face. Figures can tell part of the story but to find out the deeper motivations, desires and behaviours of consumers, they need an opportunity to speak for themselves. We provide that opportunity and invite you to listen in.
