Brainstorming

A methodology that allows interested parties to collectively originate, develop, and refine ideas and an excellent method for hothousing marketing and strategy solutions.

Brainstorming promotes collective, team based solutions.

A typical day would involve 12 / 14 people and would be divided into four parts: 
1. Presentation of dilemma and related issues (prepared in advance)
2.  Rapid generation of potential solutions
3.  Presentation of favourite solution candidates by teams
4.  Selection of most promising solution candidates with agreement on next actions
