A typical day would involve 12 / 14 people and would be divided into four parts:
1. Presentation of dilemma and related issues (prepared in advance).
2. Rapid generation of potential solutions.
3. Presentation of favourite solution candidates by teams .
4. Selection of most promising solution candidates with agreement on next actions.
